Just Write

Just Write

I’ve been itching to write for a few weeks now but I didn’t know how to start and what to write about. When you’ve stopped consistently writing, it seems difficult to get back at it.

Then I realized that writing is first for me. Writing helps me process and remember that which I want to chronicle—life and learnings. Writing helps me remember. When I start thinking about what other people would like to read before what I’d like to write, that’s when I get stuck at not writing anything at all. Worse, that’s when I get stopped by the thought that there are so many “real” writers out there and we all might as well just read them.

So, let me take this one thought, one moment, one learning, and perhaps one week at a time, and just write.
