Odd is Part of Beautiful

Odd Is Part Of Beautiful

Pao and I were working on this 1000-piece puzzle for a while now. Throughout, I couldn’t help but notice oddly shaped puzzle pieces like this one.

When we finished the puzzle, I still didn’t know why there were odd pieces, but it didn’t really matter because one thing’s for sure: they’re part of the whole picture.

If you’re going through or have gone through a season in your life that seems odd—a season you don’t clearly see why it isn’t as beautifully cut as other moments, or a season that doesn’t seem to fit the life you hoped to live—know that we don’t necessarily need to have answers to our why’s. Just keep the faith. Before you know it, everything’s going to fall into place. A piece, no matter how odd, is part of a beautiful masterpiece. 🙂

And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns. Philippians 1:6 NLT

I am the author of the book, When God Could’ve But He Didn’t. I am the happy wife of my happy husband, Pao, both of us happily hoping for at least two more children.
