Life

Double Surprise

Life happened, like a lot! Meant that this blog went on hiatus yet again. I recall a word given to us that our family will be in one transition after another. And so here we are in another major oneโ€”well, might as well count as two!

Between working on our marriage in navigating the demands of life and fighting for that time together, homeschooling, raising a clingy toddler, and a major, complex project at work, I really didn’t have time nor energy left to be in social media, let alone write. But there has been a prodding to fight. To fight against a fast-paced life and make efforts to do more things that take time versus accomplish too many things with a hurried spirit. I think this is a reminder of what Pao and I have to safeguard in our growing family.

Finally I make time to share with you all that we are now a family of SIX! Yep! So that’s me and Pao, our two boys Noah and Ethan, and two more boys on the way! I am carrying twins and am now in my 30th out of 38 weeks of this pregnancy!

The past two months have been challenging with colds and bad cough passing around the family in two rounds, delaying preparations at work and even at home. We haven’t fully recovered and here we are with round thee for the boys. Do pray with and for us for complete healing. I think I’m better now, but as the third trimester of the twin pregnancy kicked in, it’s been harder to move around with the weight of my bump!

Meanwhile, do explore around the blog for leadership thoughts, life updates, and our story of loss that we hope will encourage and inspire others. Will post more about our journey having twinsโ€”you can search #twins to check out future updates.

Special shootout to Wazile for redesigning my site! Contact them for web design projects. Will tell you more about them soon!

For our family and friends asking, we finally got to our registries! Most of the items are at Edamama and then a few at SM. We also have this one from Shopee: Lactation Cookies by Milking Bombs.
